Day 2 - Sunday 4th July
Our cabin had no windows or clock so we had no way of knowing what time it was. I had slept very well but had woke up a couple of times as the boat had been rocking quite a lot during the night, at times feeling like a roller coaster, but it didn't keep me awake for long.
When I did wake up, Daz was still sound asleep so I decided to get up and check what time it was. It turned out to be 10:30am, but the boat was still rocking a fair bit, nothing too bad but enough to make me feel a little queezy, so I decided to go back to the cabin and have another lie down.
Rose rang Daz at around noon - waking us both up, which was just as well as who knows what time we'd have slept to if she hadn't rang! Talking of mobiles I really do think it's amazing these days that we can make and receive phone calls on our mobiles in the middle of the sea - well unless you are with Orange anyway, my phone turned out to be considerably less impressive.

We decided to go and chill out on the deck as it was quick a nice day if a little windy, and I didn't feel too ill when outside. We had lunch with our breakfast vouchers (a baguette, packet of crisps and a drink) and even had to put sun cream on as we were both burning.
As early evening settled in we moved back in doors and decided to go watch Clash Of The Titans, which was OK from what I saw of it, but I fell asleep and didn't see the end.
It turned out I had forgotten something, a pen, but I managed to get one in the on-board shop, which is just as well as you wouldn't be reading this if I hadn't managed to get one!

We had a very nice dinner in the steak house with a couple of beers and then watched the on board entertainment do Family Fortunes and then another cabaret.
We turned in at around midnight knowing we had an early start.
